The Bit Course 2.0 MasterClass Stands Alone

No worries! You can email your questions prior to the meeting. All meetings are recorded and uploaded for you to review at your convenience.

Once you feel ready, you can request to test for certification. This will involve a comprehensive assessment of the knowledge you've gained throughout the course. There's a written test, based off of the study guide. Once passed, you'll set up a zoom meeting with Daniel and he'll ask you questions to make you think on the fly, just like you'd have to do in a live consultation. It's not meant to make you fail. It's meant to reveal your weak areas so you can focus on those and become fully prepared to help others.

Just watching the course content and participating in the MasterClass meetings will equal about 40 hrs in the first 10 weeks. There's also homework assignments that you'll be expected to film or report back on. This course is a commitment, but it's doable. It should be looked at like taking a college class. You'll get out of it what you put into it.

Bit fitting is important, and covered in our courses. It is, however, just one piece of the puzzle. There is a module that's going to cover the typical aspects that bit fitters are focused on, and then some. That being said, we'll cover bits and bitting in a far more comprehensive way than what bit fitters are taught.

In fact, of all the "bit problems" that I deal with, about 75% of the time, the inanimate bit is NOT the actual problem. That's why the new trend of bit fitters are so limited in the degree to which they can help.

(Psst. They're also very likely "Certified" as a bit fitter by a company that sells bits. They're covert salepeople. They make more $$$ when your bit IS the problem and you need to buy the solution from them. They make even more $$$ later when that gateway new bit didn't solve all of your problems. So you call them back out, and buy another, more special, more complex, and pricier bit from them... It's ok. I listen and I don't judge.)

This course looks at the bridle as a part of the system. The rider is also a part of that system. If the bit fits like a glove, but the rider is mishandling the reins, the horse is still in a bad spot. We'll cover this topic in an unbiased manor that covers all disciplines, all levels of rider, and continually refers to horses in various stages of training.

Neither the course nor I are in any way tethered to or endorse any particular company or line of bits. I am very careful to remain unbiased and keep our options open to ALL available makes and models by any company. I pick bits based off of what options fit the situation. I don't bend the information to fit the bit I want to sell.

A great part of doing this as a group is that you'll get to know each other. While it may be new at first, you'll all have made an embarrassing revelation by the 3rd meeting. There's no bond like a trauma bond!

You'll be comfortable. We keep the ice broken and things light. There's no bashing or condescending talk (that means to talk down to people). The only ones who might not fit right in are those who miss sarcasm and don't have a sense of humor. I'm on those calls to answer questions. I want your questions. Give me what I want!

There's a chat feature and the community also, so you can type and still get your questions answered. Relax. 

We're staying flexible on that answer. It's our opinion that this course is quite underpriced at $700. We've even had participants tell us it's too cheap. That being said, we're waiting for the word to get out a little more before we raise the price.

For the June 21st launch, it'll stay this price. For the fall or subsequent courses, it may have gone up. We'll see what the demand is. Take advantage while it is this underpriced is all I can tell you.

We'll have another MasterClass course starting around mid-September, and another after the first of the year. We run 3-4 MasterClass courses per year.
